INTEGRATED AGREEMENT
A contract that contains within its four corners the
entire understanding of the parties and is subject
to the PAROL EVIDENCE rule, which seeks to pre-
serve the integrity of written agreements by refus-
ing to allow the parties to modify their contract
through the introduction of prior or contempora-
neous oral declarations.
An agreement is integrated when the parties
